“Cztery Oceany (Four Oceans)” is a modern and functional complex of 18-storey residential buildings, located in the charming Gdańsk district of Przymorze, at Obrońców Wybrzeża Street. This unique investment, which resulted in the creation of four monumental blocks, is a venture combining many unique values. “Four Oceans” is a real urban masterpiece and timeless architecture of buildings – set off the beaten track of “metropolitan bustle,” with close access to important service points, a park and … a seaside beach! An additional advantage is undoubtedly the view from the windows on the Baltic Sea.
Each of the four buildings, in which there are several hundred flats and apartments in total area from 25 up to 115 square meters, with a high standard of finishing, is named after one of the oceans, i.e. Pacific, Atlantic, Indian and the Southern Ocean. The spaces between the buildings were filled with commercial and service facilities and on the roofs were placed playgrounds for the youngest residents of this sensational complex. Near the complex there are, among others: post office, pharmacies, medical clinic, police station, fitness club, as well as a shopping centre. Thanks to the proximity of public transport stops, you can also easily get to various educational establishments or numerous sports facilities. All buildings are of course equipped with ultra-fast elevators, and the safety and comfort of users are supervised by, among others monitoring system.
The investment was started almost 10 years ago and was crowned by the last building – the “Southern Ocean” – with 192 apartments, commissioned at the end of 2017.
