The portfolio of Andrzej Wójcik also includes investments in Russia, in such a demanding place as its capital – Moscow. It is not a problem for us to operate in a country that does not belong to the European Union, has other regulations, climatic conditions.
Our activities are comprehensive and include both market research, design works, construction works as well as optimization of the store industries and service outlets leasing space.
In Moscow, we have successfully completed two investments: Auchan Moskwa Khimki and Auchan Moskwa Mytishi.
Auchan Moscow Mytishi
In Mytischi, the RESET project concerned the revitalization of a facility with a gross leasable area (GLA) of 4,546 square meters
The designed scope of work included: repair, finishing, renovation of common galleries as well as changing the previous tenants.
During the implementation of the investment, the building acquired an attractive appearance. This was possible because we have changed: floor, ceiling, walls and lighting system. We renovated the toilets and improved the ventilation system. The gallery has received an effective navigation system, new guide panels have been installed. Finally, modern furniture has been added.
The facility attracts more visitors with young children because a playground for the youngest customers was built in the middle of the food court.
In order to improve profitability and adapt the gallery to the new market situation, the offered areas have been optimized. The tenants’ portfolio has also been changed. In total, the gallery has 51 shops.
