Investments in Russia

Auchan Moscow Khimki is an impressive development located in Russia. It attracts customers thanks to its convenient accessibility – it is open daily from 8:30 a.m. to 10:00 p.m., ensuring that everyone interested has the opportunity to visit. The project combines a large supermarket, offering basic groceries and many other useful products, with a service complex.

Consumers can enjoy two bookstores, offering both literary classics and the latest publications, ten different accessory shops, a pharmacy, and a store specializing in cosmetics. The facility also houses two mobile phone retailers: Evroset, the market leader in Russia, and Svyaznoy, the country’s second-largest company in this sector.

Visitors will also find several service points. A shoe repair workshop ensures footwear remains in excellent condition, while a laundry service keeps clothes looking like new. Two currency exchange offices allow customers to buy or sell foreign currencies with ease – a perfect step towards planning an international trip with the help of the on-site travel agency.

An optical salon provides professional assistance in choosing the right glasses to correct vision problems. After a day of shopping, visitors can relax over a cup of aromatic coffee in one of the four cafés located within the facility.

This investment was therefore designed to meet the needs of even the most demanding clients, making it a landmark worth noting on the city map.

The portfolio of Andrzej Wójcik’s company also includes investments in Russia, in such a challenging market as its capital – Moscow. Operating in a country outside the European Union, with different regulations and climatic conditions, has not posed an obstacle.

Our activities are comprehensive and include market analysis, design work, construction, as well as optimization of retail and service units leasing the space.

In Moscow, we successfully completed two projects: Auchan Moscow Khimki and Auchan Moscow Mytishi.

Auchan Moscow Mytishi

In Mytishi, the RESET project involved the revitalization of a facility with a gross leasable area (GLA) of 4,546 m².

The planned scope of work included repairs, finishing, renovation of common areas, and changes in tenant composition.

As a result, the property achieved a much more attractive appearance. We replaced the floors, ceilings, and walls, modernized the lighting system, renovated the restrooms, and improved ventilation. The gallery received a new, effective wayfinding system with updated directional panels. Finally, new modern furniture was installed.

The shopping center also became more attractive to families with small children thanks to the construction of a playground in the middle of the food court.

To improve profitability and adapt the gallery to changing market conditions, the available rental spaces were optimized, and the tenant portfolio was adjusted. In total, the gallery now houses 51 stores.
